Talka, Green Mark and Rosa vodkas switch to Alpha-grade wheat spirit for enhanced purity and taste
Roust Corporation, one of Russia's largest producers of alcoholic beverages, announces that its popular vodka brands Talka, Green Mark and Rosa are switching to Alpha-grade wheat spirit.
This significant recipe enhancement responds to rising consumer expectations and strengthens the brands' positions in the market.
Alpha-grade spirit sets a benchmark for quality. Its methanol content is seven times lower than that of Lux-grade spirit, while stringent raw-material selection and multi-stage purification reduce impurities to exceptionally low levels. The result is a clean aroma, exceptional smoothness and a perfectly balanced taste without off-notes.
To help consumers identify products made with the new grade, the labels now carry a prominent marking that highlights the use of Alpha-grade spirit.
The updated products will begin appearing at major nationwide retail chains in March 2026.
