Roust and ABDL launch Russian Standard vodka in India
Roust Corporation, one of the largest vodka producers in the world and Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited (ABDL), India’s third-largest spirits company, are proud to announce the launch of Russian Standard Vodka in India.
Russian Standard Vodka is the pioneer of the premium vodka segment in Russia with global sales of over 2.5M cases. Crafted with water of glacial origin from Lake Ladoga and winter wheat from the Russian Steppes it undergoes over 200 distillations in a state-of-the-art distillery in St Petersburg. The result is a unique unrivalled vodka that is smooth and delicious.
The strategic partnership between Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABDL) and Roust Corporation combines the strengths of both companies. ABDL's extensive distribution network and consumer marketing expertise will complement Roust’s globally renowned premium vodka portfolio, which includes Russian Standard Original, Gold and Platinum.
In the state of Maharashtra, Russian Standard Original is expected to be priced at Rs. 2,200, Russian Standard Gold at Rs. 2,600 and Russian Standard Platinum at Rs. 5,000.
