Roustam has built Roust, the second largest vodka producer in the world and Central and Eastern Europe’s largest integrated spirits beverage company, with distilleries, production facilities and distribution centers spanning Poland, Hungary, Russia and Italy. Roust is also the owner of Gancia, Italy’s original sparkling wine.
Pavel joined Russian Standard Corporation as Chief of Staff in 2009, and was appointed Managing Director in 2013. He is responsible for the key corporate projects of Russian Standard, including mergers and acquisitions and integration, as well as Russian Standard’s finances. He began his career in 2001 working on mergers and acquisitions projects in Russia, and then worked with Boston Consulting Group from 2004 through 2009, focusing on strategy development and corporate restructuring projects for leading banking and telecom companies throughout Russia and Ukraine.
Alessandro has been a director of CEDC since 2012. Previously, he was General Counsel of Russian Standard Corporation. From 2006 to 2011 he was a partner of Morri, Cornelli & Associates, a Tax and Law Firm with offices in Milan and Rome. From 2000 to 2006 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Globalfin International with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and director of Motorel Investments BV. From 1996 to 2000 he was General Counsel of Globalfin Holdings Ltd (Globalfin International Group SA) and a member of the Board of Directors.
L. Spencer Wells has over 15 years of experience as a financial analyst and is a Partner at Drivetrain Advisors providing extensive knowledge on portfolio management, proprietary trading, and special situation expertise. Prior to his work at Drivetrain Advisors, Mr. Wells served as a Senior Advisor at TPG Special Situations Partners. He has also serves on the Managements of Directors of several public and private companies including Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. and Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wells is a Trustee, a member of the Investment Committee and Finance Committee, and Co- Chair of the Development Committee for Western Reserve Academy. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Wells served as a partner for TPG Special Situations Partners, during which time he created and managed an investment portfolio approximated at $2.5 billion. From 2002 until 2009, Mr. Wells served as a Partner and a Portfolio Manager at Silverpoint Capital. While at Silverpoint, he covered the energy, chemicals, and building products sectors and managed an investment portfolio estimated at $1.3 billion. Mr. Wells holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
Neal P. Goldman is currently the Managing Member of SAGE Capital Investments, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in independent board of director services, turnaround consulting, strategic planning, and special situation investments. Mr. Goldman was a Managing Director at Och Ziff Capital Management, L.P. from 2014 to 2016 and a Founding Partner of Brigade Capital Management, LLC from 2007 to 2012, which he helped build to over $12 billion in assets under management. Prior to this, Mr. Goldman was a Portfolio Manager at Mackay Shields, LLC and also held various positions at Salomon Brothers Inc., both as a mergers and acquisitions banker and as an investor in the high yield trading group. Throughout his career, Mr. Goldman has held numerous board representations including roles as an independent member of the boards of directors of Lightsquared, Inc., Pimco Income Strategy Fund I & II, and Catalyst Paper Corporation as well as a member of the boards of directors of Jacuzzi Brands and NII Holdings, Inc. Since October 2016, Mr. Goldman has served on the board of directors of Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc., an independent exploration and production company. Mr. Goldman received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A from the University of Illinois.
Grant has over 20 years of experience working in marketing, sales and general management positions for Campbells Soup (Australia), The Coca-Cola Company (Australia, Russia, Ukraine, China), Wimm Bill Dann (Russia) and Red Bull (Russia). Grant has lived in Russia for over 10 years, working in the consumer goods industry, and has extensive working experience across the Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and CIS markets.
Goran has extensive international experience in finance across a number of FMCG companies, including 10 years at Coca Cola Company in Russia, as well as in senior positions in private equity, banking and wealth management companies. Goran is a graduate of Alfred University, New York.
